Flow control refers to the management and measurement of liquids and gases in industrial processes. In the case of water electrolysis, hydrogen transport, storage, and processing, this primarily involves water (potable, deionized or saline), hydrogen (compressed or liquefied) and oxygen. Italian compressor manufacturer SIAD Macchine Impianti has signed a framework agreement with Norwegian electrolyzer company Nel for the supply of hydrogen compressors. The opening order of the deal includes the supply of two compressors for wet hydrogen and one oxygen compressor, to be installed in a 20 MW plant located in Sweden.
